Bishop Dr. Glories Powell is the CEO and founder of The Moment of Truth Ministries, Inc. and Lead Pastor of CODA MINISTRIES located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Powell is the Suffragan Bishop of the Nevada District Council and Fellowship of Churches, where the honorable Bishop Donald E. Golder presides. She is the Executive Director of The R.E.S.P.E.C.C.T. Initiative, and Founder of KINGDOM BUSINESS SUCCESS Enterprise. She is a respected prophetic voice, author, conference speaker, business owner, and community leader.
For over 30 years, Bishop Powell has been inspired by a mandate from God that said, “Teach My people.” She captivates her audiences with the life-changing revelation of the Kingdom of GOD. Her passion is to motivate people to accomplish their Divine Calling while assisting them in achieving Spiritual growth and Economic advancement.
Bishop Powell attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where she majored in psychology and ethnic studies. She holds a doctorate in Theology and over 25 years in Christian counseling. Her education has enabled her to become an experienced instructor in subjects such as Homiletics, Hermeneutics, Biblical Studies, Prophetic Ministry, Civility Training, and Business Success Training, She also host 'The Moment of Truth' a weekly radio broadcast on 88.1 FM in Las Vegas.
Her books include: 'The Handbook for Evangelists and Ministers', 'Yielding to the Power of the Prophetic,' ‘Get Back Out There,’ and a daily devotional ‘How to Touch God.’
